About Me

I've worked in sales for over 10 years.

I’ve built a reputation of being an industry expert and so,

I know what works AND what doesn’t.

That’s why I started iXL;

Now I can provide a service that helps both candidates get the roles they desire, and hiring managers gain the most suitable candidate for the role.

I have trained and worked with SDR’s and BDRs, and I’ve run a team as a BDM myself.

01. Introduction

I speak with all my candidates via phone call and get a clear picture of their experience and what their ideal next role looks like.

02. Meeting

Arrange zoom call or face-to-face meeting to go through opportunities and record a 1 minute interview/set of questions to help you get hired.

03. Exploration

We then agree on a list of suitable career options to reach out to.

04. Introduction to clients

I leverage my strong client networks and introduce you to the right people.

05. Management

I manage the complete interview process, the negotiation and the contracts for you.

06. Speed

I waste no time; operating with fast communication, to secure your desired job for you.

01. Introduction

An initial call / meeting is conducted to discover knowledge about the company.

02. Compilation

Information on the company’s product and/or service, culture and environment, and job-specific skill requirements is gathered.

03. Exploration

I leverage my strong SaaS Sales candidate network, qualify suitable candidates, and match them to your company needs, culture and skills required.

04. Review

I will send the CV’s of candidates I have qualified and deem suitable for the role with a short interview video of them so that you can familiarize yourself with them beforehand.

05. Management

I manage the interview process, negotiations and offers to candidates FOR YOU.

06. Speed

I waste no time; operating with fast communication, to place a candidate we are BOTH confident in to fulfill all aspects of the job role.
